Sanjiv Bhardwaj

Sanjiv grew up on the manufacturing floor in industries as varied as Building Materials, Consumer Goods, Automotive and most recently in Commercial & Defense Aerospace and niche Medical Devices. Sanjiv’s core competency is in all aspects of Supply Chain Management; but as Vice President of Shared Services he gained wide and deep experience in all aspects of business; including leading global IT organizations, heading Corporate HR, and responsibility for Commercial Insurance, Employee Health and Wellness Benefits, ITAR, Real Estate, Legal and Environmental issues.

Sanjiv’s accomplishments include negotiating industry-best contracts for Raw Materials, Services, Software, Commercial Insurance, Employee Health and Wellness benefits with global vendors; dramatically shrinking cash tied up in Inventory for each of his employers; leading successful and on-time ERP implementations in US, Canada, EU and South America; HRIS, Payroll and On-line Learning system implementations; participating in mergers/acquisitions/divestures of businesses; transforming organizations by coaching individual contributors as well as mid-to-senior leaders to achieve their stretch goals.

Sanjiv’s hands-on and industry-agnostic leadership skills have helped businesses manage through extraordinary events such as force majeure declarations by customers and vendors, cyber security breaches, voluntary and involuntary departure of senior executives, acquisitions and divestitures. Sanjiv’s career has traversed countries in North and South America, Western and Eastern Europe and Asia and he thrives in working with people from diverse cultures and who speak multiple languages.

Sanjiv lives with his wife in the Greater Seattle area, and he has two sons and two grandchildren. Sanjiv and his wife regularly patronize the local theatre and music scene in the Seattle area and they love to travel, particularly to the Hawaiian islands.
