Jeff Weiss
Managing Director
Jeff brings 20 years of diverse experiences across both the food services industry and real estate investment, giving him a unique perspective and skillset that allows him to apply creative problem-solving to a variety of business challenges.Â
After beginning his career at Sysco Foodservice, Jeff joined one of Sysco’s meat suppliers, National Provisions, where he was a Regional Manager and an integral member of the company’s leadership team. Jeff hired and trained food brokerage companies and established new Northeast distribution channels from Maine to New Jersey, encompassing 20 broad line and independent distributors. Applying his experience in operations management, group sales performance, and strategic planning, the company doubled EBITDA in three years, and was acquired by a private equity firm.
Following the acquisition, Jeff saw an opportunity in the market and decided to pursue his passion for real estate investment, joining a Manhattan-based commercial brokerage firm, where he closed over $250 million in real estate transactions. Subsequently, Jeff was recruited by one of his Family Office clients to lead in-house acquisitions and dispositions for a billion-dollar portfolio, where he identified and executed on investment opportunities through creative negotiation and deal structuring.Â
Jeff’s deep understanding of operations and sales, combined with his investment experience, allow him to approach M&A deals with a holistic and strategic mindset. He is a skilled negotiator and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities that will deliver significant value to clients.
