Debra Fine is a proven CEO of Media, Educational/Technology and Consumer Products Companies. She was formerly CEO of Small World Kids, taking the company public and serving as Chairman of the Board. She was President of Digital Domain, one of the top special effects and production companies in the industry, winning an Academy Award for “Titanic”.
Fine brings 20 years of experience as an executive and Board Director of both privately held and public companies. She served as Audit and Compensation Chairman of a publicly traded marketing services company as well as Board Director of several non-profit Organizations.
Fine served as Director of Marketing for Disney Consumer Products/Disney Interactive. Prior to that she was the VP, Los Angeles Office of Marketing Corporation of America, a strategic consulting corporation. Ms. Fine was involved in developing and executing marketing plans for such Fortune 500 consumer product companies as, Kraft-General Foods, The Quaker Oats Company, American Express, Burger King, and MGM.
In 2013, Fine established The Fine Line Foundation to help victims of violent crimes, after she was shot protecting two women in June, 2013 in the mass shooting in Santa Monica and Santa Monica College. She has been nominated for the Carnegie Medal of Honor for saving lives.
Ms. Fine holds an Executive Management and Journalism Degree (BA) from the University of Southern California. She resides in Los Angeles.
